Welcome Home!
On behalf of the Cumberland Crossing HOA, we welcome you to our Web page.

We have included a flow chart to help you with the different areas of responsibility. The Cumberland Crossing HOA Executive Board is available to assist with various aspects of the community such compliance to rules and regulations and other community/ subdivision questions.  If you have not already done so, it is recommended that you familiarize yourself with the Public Offering Statement, which contains the Declaration and the Rules and Regulations for this community. These sections serve as the community’s guidelines and must be complied with to maintain the community’s integrity.

Various documents are accessible on this site; a welcome letter, a Flow Chart for the community to help you contact the correct person, snow removal and lawn care policies, rules and regulations for the community as well as the Community Center/Pool complex, An Architectural Change Application form, Community Center rental forms, a list of acceptable recyclables, all of which will help you become more familiar with life here at the Links. Most of our notices are sent by e-mail and we suggest that you provide your contact information to one of the Board members, listed below, as soon as possible so you don’t miss out on events and other notifications.

We hope you enjoy the Links community Web site and find it informative. If there are ever any questions please feel free to contact any of the above-referenced people and they will be glad to assist you.

Sincerely,
The Cumberland Crossing Executive Board
